CCIM Unveils Version 5.2 of The Site To Do Business

Following more than three months of refinements and revisions, Version 5.2 of the CCIM Site To Do Business (STDB) became available to CCIM members and candidates in July of 2001.

STDB Version 5.2 features many enhancements to the original site, yet it stays true to the initial objective: provide CCIMs and candidates with the best, most inclusive integrated online resource of real estate and business information.

The Site Analysis Express Package has been enhanced and expanded to make preparing demographic and mapping reports quicker and more in-depth. Using the Site Analysis features, one can tailor a demographic report based on a wide range of variables, including: SIC codes, business names, U.S. Census data, household income, zip codes and other factors. Custom, full-color maps can be prepared using 300 variables. Completed maps and reports can then be printed or sent via email to clients and prospects in a pdf format.

With Version 5.2, STDB users also can download business forms and analytical software, join an Intranet users group and subscribe to online resources through the Power Tools area. Direct links to online business, general information and industry resources respectively can be found in the Financial Info, News Center and Real Estate Sites areas. Other features, such as access to data from the CCIM Redbook, remain for member use. And, the site will remain password protected, meaning CCIMs and candidates must type in an ID number and password to gain access.

CCIM Leadership wholeheartedly encourages all CCIMs and candidates to utilize this exclusive online benefit. As the name indicates, the objective of the site is to help members do more business, which, in turn, will help them make more money. New ground was broken with STDB Version 5.2. Members now can prepare to profit.
